I switched regular sour cream for fat free.

    5 chicken thighs ,skinned
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves minced
    2 chipotles in adobo sauce
    2 packets of herb ox salt free granules
    1 cup milk
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup pomi tomatoes chopped.
    1 tbsp olive oil


heat olive oil in frying pan, add onion and garlic ,cook until fragrant,add the chicken , fry until browned,turn down heat.
While chicken is browning ,puree the sour cream, milk,
chicken broth granules,tomato and the chipotles in blender,
add this to the chicken in pan and cook on low heat
until done apx. 30 min.
serve with rice, cous-cous or some other grain.

Serving Size: makes 5 servings 1 thigh per each.
