Ingredients

    Basil fresh, bunch, 1 serving
    *Bertolli EVOO (1 tbsp), 2 serving
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Ground almonds, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove

Directions

Put all ingredients except oil in a small food processor and process until it is crumbs. Add the oil and mix. Place in freezer bag and flatten. Freeze. To use, break a piece off and thaw.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings
