This SIMPLE and easy to make crackers are very delicious. This SIMPLE and easy to make crackers are very delicious.
Number of Servings: 20


    2 1/2 Cups Flour
    3 Tbsp. McCormick Perfect Pinch Spices (to you taste)
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    3/4 Cup Ice cold water

    Blend all ingredients together in the order stated above. Dough should be stiff, but fully blended. Pull off 1/3 of the dough and place on counter, or cutting board. Place the remaining dough back in the bowl and cover with a slightly damp paper towel.

    Roll out the dough until it is very thin. The thinner it is, the crisper your cracker! Place it on either a flat cookie sheet, or the back of a cookie sheet. Roll out again if needed. Sprinkle sea salt on the top and gently press in with your hands. Fork the entire dough so you will not have bubbles.

    You can choose to cut the dough into cracker size pieces, as I do, or leave them and break apart when completely cooked.


I love the Tuscan and Mediteranian flavor best. Or, you can create your own flavor with 2 or 3 spices you like.


Make in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes, rotate cooking pan, then 8 more minutes. Remove from over and slide off pan.

Serving Size: makes 100 1.5 inch crackers
