    1/4 c Fat Free Milk (I used Almond Milk Original)
    1/2 c Fat Free Egg Substitute
    3/4 c raw old fashioned oats
    1/2 c chopped pecans
    2 tsp cajun seasoning
    1.5 lbs catfish filets (I used salmon)


I used three large salmon fillets and split in half to make 6 servings.


Combine FF milk and egg substitute in a shallow pan. Combine oats, pecans and cajun seasoning in another shallow pan Dip fillets into egg mixture and then dredge into pecan mixture. Place on sprayed baking pan; bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until fish flakes easily.
