    Butter, unsalted, 0.5 tbsp
    *Buttermilk powder, 3 tbsp
    Water 3/4 cup
    Cornstarch, 1 tbsp
    Egg, beaten, 1 large
    *Lemon Juice, 15 mL


In small bowl, whisk buttermilk powder in water. Whisk 1/4 cup of this with the cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add egg and remaining buttermilk. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until it simmers and for 15 seconds more. Remove from heat and whisk in lemon juice and butter.

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings
