This recipe was given to me by my good friend Michelle. This recipe was given to me by my good friend Michelle.
Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup chopped cashews
    1 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
    1 cup roasted sunflower seeds
    1 cup dried craisins/any dried fruit
    1/4 cup molasses
    1/8 cup honey
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 pinch ground cayenne pepper


Preheat over 350 degrees.
Combine nuts, seeds, dried fruit, in a large bowl and mix well. Add honey, molasses and spices mix well.
Lightly spray cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly over cookie sheet.
Bake 15 mins. Let brittle cool, then break into small pieces.
Store in an airtight bag.
