    9 medium baking potatoes
    1 lb bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c Flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp celery seed
    1/2 tsp garlic salt
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups milk, skim
    1 container greek yogurt
    1/3 c cheese, shredded (your choice)


Depending on your desired thickness you may have to increase the four.


Bake potatoes in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

In dutch oven place a pound of bacon. cook by stirring until almost crispy and remove. drain most of the drippings off, leaving 1 tbsp. Add chopped onion, caramelize and drain. In a bowl, mix dry ingredients then add broth until paste is formed. Put paste into dutch oven and add remaining broth and milk slowly stirring as you add. Simmer on medium until thickened. Put diced baked potatoes and cooked onions in pot. Add greek yogurt and cheese, stirring slowly.
