    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup honey
    2 tbsp. butter
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup mashed banana (about half a banana)
    1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Cream butter and honey. Beat in egg until smooth, mix in peanut butter and mashed banana (it helps if you heat peanut butter in the microwave to soften). Blend in dry ingredients then stir in oats. Drop by tablespoonful onto baking sheet-ungreased. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
