    *simply potatoes shredded hash brown potatoes, 3 cup
    *Sargento Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Cheese, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    *Aldi Fit and Active Egg Substitute, 0.5 cup
    *Green Onion (1 Green Onion), 0.05 cup
    *Applegate Farms Uncured Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 5 serving
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    dash of paprika
    dash of hot sauce


Grease 9" glass pan.
Mix together potatoes, eggs, green onion, hot sauce, salt and pepper in large bowl. Pour into glass pie dish and sprinkle on paprika. Cook 35-40 minutes at 350F. Meanwhile cook 5 slices of bacon in microwave and cut up in tiny bits. Add to quiche when set and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Serve.
