Introduction

Modified version of user Channeled. Modified version of user Channeled.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    6 cloves of garlic
    3 cups of mixed frozen vegetables
    3 tbsp dry gravy mix
    3 tsp worchestershire sauce
    Mashed potatoes (see my recipe)
    1 cup of reduced fat cheddar cheese
    2 cups of water

Directions

Brown beef with 1 cup of water 6 cloves of garlic, and 2 med onion, chopped.When beef is browned add frozen veggies, 3 tbsp of gravy mix, 3 tsp worchestershire sauce and 1 cup of water.Simmer together until vegetables are tender.In seperate pot make mashed potatoes(see my recipe).Preheat oven to 400, spread beef mix on bottom of pan, put mashed potatoes over that, sprinkle with cheese.Bake until cheese is bubbly.
