Introduction

I LOVE pizza, and this is a much healthier version that you can make at home I LOVE pizza, and this is a much healthier version that you can make at home
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Flat Out flat breads
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 oz mozarella cheese
    1 cup tomato sauce
    Crushed red pepper flakes, dried basil, dried orageno.
    Vegetables of your choice (this will add extra calories...don't forget to account for them!)

Directions

Cook chicken breast and cut into bite sized pieces. Mix spices with tomato sauce. Bake flat out bread on cookie sheet at 350 degrees, checking often until crispy. Spread sauce on flat bread. Add chicken and veggies. Top with cheese. Put under broiler until cheese has melted and become slightly brown. CHECK OFTEN or the edges of the bread will burn.
