    2-cup egg liquid egg white
    1-cup non fat cottage cheese
    2- cups raw spinach ripped in small pieces
    1/2-cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    8- slices Canadian bacon(ham,turkey bacon etc 4- srv.)
    Cut into small pieces, if you use bacon cook crispy 1st
    Salt,pepper to taste
    Add any other seasoning you want


I change it up add different cheese, different meat, different seasoning make it your own. Great on the go breakfast.


Preheat oven to 375
Spray 4 2cup ramekin cups with Pam

Mix all ingredients together . Divide in the four cups place on a cookie sheet . Bake for 35 mins or until knife comes out clean.
