Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup
    chicken broth, Chef's Cupboard, 4 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Tomatoes, canned, whole, Great Value, 7 serving (28oz can)
    Del Monte, green beans, whole, 2 serving (~ 1/2 can)
    salt and pepper to taste (lots for me)
    dry parsley to taste (~tbsp)

Tips

Could add other low carb veggies, cabbage, cauliflower, kale. Just have to add the net carb count to the whole. Nutrition info is for whole pot of soup. Depending on how many servings (how big your bowl or soup cup is) is what you divide from the whole to get your single serving net carb count.


Directions

throw frozen chicken, broth, tomatoes (cut through them a little bit), carrot, celery, onion, green beans, salt, pepper and parsley into a 4-5qt pot and heat to boiling on high, then reduce to medium- medium low to simmer for an hour. So delicious on this day of sickness.
