    3 eggs
    Pinch of salt
    3.5 ounces of cream cheese
    1/2 tsp of baking powder


Separate the yokes and whites of the egg
Beat the whites and salt until fluffy
Add cream cheese to the yokes and mix
Fold in the whites with the yokes
Place a small pancake size amount on baking pan and bake for 35 mins at 300 degrees

Serving Size: Makes 7-8 cakes depending on size
