    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
    2 cups white onion, chopped
    4 cups asparagus, diced
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 tsp soya sauce
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp dried parsley
    1 tsp garlic, pureed
    1 tbsp capers
    1 tbsp cornstarch


Mix the garlic with about 1/4 cup of the chicken broth in a nonstick frying pan.

Add the chicken and onions and cook on medium high, stirring frequently until the chicken is cooked.

In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with enough chicken broth to make a runny paste. Add the remaining chicken broth and all the other ingredients to the pan. Stir to mix.

Lower the heat and cover the pan. Cook until the asparagus is tender.

Thicken with the cornstarch mixture.
