    9" Pillsbury Deep Dish Pie Crust, pricked with a fork
    Olive oil cooking spray
    1 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 links Al Fresco Buffalo-Style Chicken Sausage, casings removed
    3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup fat free milk
    1/4 cup fat free half & half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Pinch of nutmeg


Preheat oven to 375*. When hot, place the pie shell on the middle rack and bake for 8 minutes, until lightly toasted, but not browned.

While the oven heats and the shell bakes, spray a large skillet with olive oil cooking spray and heat over medium high heat. Add the garlic, cook for 30 seconds, then add the broccoli. Cook for 5 minutes until the broccoli is crisp-tender. Remove from pan. Add the sausage, casings removed to pan. Stir while cooking to break apart, for about 5 minutes or until sausage is cooked through. Transfer sausage to warm pastry shell. In a large bowl, combine the cheese, eggs, milk, half & half and broccoli. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Pour the egg mixture over the sausage. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the quiche has browned lightly on top and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve with a tossed salad for a light meal or have alone for breakfast.
