    1 package Chow Mein Noodles (6 oz)
    1 lbs Chicken sliced and diced
    4 cups chopped Broccoli
    1/2 can cut baby corn
    2 Cups chopped Bok Choy
    1/2 sliced tomato

    2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
    2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
    1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Red Cooking Wine
    1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    1 tsp Minced Garlic


Cook 'chow Mein noodles according to directions.
Rinse Noodles with cold water and drain well.

Heat skillet or griddle to 400 degrees and coat lightly with olive oil.

Add chicken, broccoli, baby corn, tomato, and bok choy to skillet.

Pour ounce of water over mixture and cook for 5 minutes tossing mixture.

Add noodles and sauce mix. Cook for another 10-15 minutes tossing and spreading mixture over griddle or skillet.
