    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 6 oz
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    dash of each salt, pepper, and garlic salt
    Chicken Thigh, 5 thigh, bone and skin removed


in small bowl combine crumbs and seasonings , dip chicken in water then into crumbs making sure they stick.
spray non stick baking sheet with non stick spray arrange chicken and sprinkle evenly with remain crumbs and bake at 350 until tender about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes five chicken thighs
