Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    *Flour, blending, 1 tbsp
    Aged Cheddar Cheese, grated, 60 grams

Directions

In small saucepan stir flour into milk. Bring to the boil stirring constantly, and turn off heat. Add cheese and stir until melted.
