    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    2 large egg whites, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1 tsp paprika
    1 pound cube steak cut into 4 steaks 4 oz each.
    1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Steak seasoning
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 TBSP corn oil
    cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place all purpose flour on a plate.
Place egg whites in a shallow dish (I use a pie pan)
Put cornmeal, wheat flour, cornstarch and paprika in another shallow dish and mix together.
Pat each steak with 1/8 tsp of steak seasoning and an 1/8 tsp of pepper.
Coat steaks with flour and shake off the excess
Dip steaks in egg whites, shaking off the excess
Coat steaks with the mixture in remaining shallow dish.
Coat a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
Heat the corn oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and add cook two of the steaks until browned on both sides, about 3-5 minutes.
Transfer steaks to baking sheet and repeat with the remaining two steaks.
Bake until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium
