    Oats, Quaker, 4 cup (remove)
    Bobís Red Mill Wheat Bran, 1 cup (remove)
    Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 28 fl oz (remove)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup (remove)
    *Dried Apples, SunMaid, 1/2 cup, .5 serving (remove)


Also add raisins if desired.


bring water to boil, add fruit and boil 2 minutes. Turn burner down to medium low. Add rest of ingredients and stir until well mixed.
