    1 lg can Green Enchilada sauce
    1 lg can diced Green Chillies
    1 can sliced black olives
    2 lg cans white meat chicken
    2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, or Montery jack
    8 corn tortillas


Pre heat oven to 350 F.

Open the chillies, olives and chicken. Drain and combine in a bowl, making sure to break appart the chicken peices.

Add 1 cup shredded cheese to bowl and combine.

warm tortilas in microwave. Spoon filling into tortilla, roll and place seam side down in a 9"x13" baking dish.

When all tortillas are filled and placed in baking dish, open echilada sauce and pour evenly over enire pan. Cover with remaining 1 cup of cheese

Place in oven, uncovered, for 30 min. until heated through and bubbly.

1 echilada = 1 serving.
