    Quaker oatmeal
    Unsweetened Applesauce
    Ground Cinnamon
    Salt (dash)


Bring 1 cup water and dash of salt to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup of oats. Then add 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Stir. Then add 1/3 cup of applesauce on medium heat. Let cook for 2 minutes. Then serve.
