    1 cup brown jasmine rice, 1.5 cup chicken broth, dash salt, 1 Tbsp butter.


you can use any stock (vegetable, thai, etc)


Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid absorbed, remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes covered, fluff with fork
