    2 lb. ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    4 cups mashed potatoes
    8 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese, cubed
    7 cloves garlic, minced
    8 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn and green beans), thawed
    2 cup beef gravy
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded


Brown meat, onions, and 3 cloves garlic in large skillet; drain. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, and remaining 4 cloves of garlic until blended. Combine meat, vegetables and gravy; spoon into 9-inch square baking dish. Cover with potato mixture and cheddar cheese. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
