    2 can of pillsbury crescent rolls
    8 slices of part skim mozarella or reduced fat provolone
    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    2 cans of bold manwich


Goes very well with a small side salad or steamed veggies.


spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Roll 1 can of crescent rolls into the bottom and place in pre-heated oven (temp according to crescent packaging).

Brown hamburger meat then add the manwich and simmer until warmed through.

Remove baking dish from oven when crescents are golden brown. Spread 1 sloppy joe mixture over the crescents. Lay slices of mozarella on the mixture and top with the other roll of crescents.

Place back in oven and bake until top is golden brown.
