Tasty Pasta Primavera Dish for One Tasty Pasta Primavera Dish for One

    2 oz. Barilla Plus Farfalle
    2 oz. red bell pepper, sliced thin
    2 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 oz. fresh broccoli florets
    2 oz. fresh carrots, sliced
    2 oz. grape tomatoes, sliced in half
    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 tbsp. Kraft Grated Three Cheese Blend (Parmesan cheese)
    2 tsp. parsley flakes


Bring 2 quarts of water to boil and add pasta. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, & carrots into pot with the pasta with 3 minutes remaining on the cooking time for the pasta.
Place cooked pasta and vegetables into a large mixing bowl. Add grated cheese, tomatoes, parsley flakes, and olive oil. Mix well. Serve hot.
