    8 oz boned cooked beef
    2 tsp margarine
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp enriched flour
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    3/4 cup beef broth
    1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce


Great over rice, pasta, or toast.


Grind beef in a meat grinder or food processor. In skillet melt margarine; add onion and saute, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Stir in flour. Add mushrooms and beef; cook until mushrooms are softened. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
