    4 Chicken Breasts
    1/2 Cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp Mustard
    1 Tbsp Tabasco
    1/4 Olive Oil


If you start with frozen chicken you will need closer to 6 hours to cook.
Great for leftovers.


Put everything into a crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Make sure to stir and break up the chicken periodically so it's all saturated.
