    Granny smith apple 2
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.5 cup
    *Splenda Granular, 3 tbsp
    Almond oil, 4 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Sweetzfree, drops, 10


If you can't get Sweetzfree, use more Splenda or any other heat-stable sweetener.


Peel, core and slice apples, or prepare other fruit, and place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle Splenda over them. In another bowl, mix all other ingredients. Top the fruit with the oatmeal mix. Bake at 350 until cooked, about 40 minutes.
