Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 128 grams
    Curry powder, 2 tbsp
    Ketchup, low sodium. 2 tbsp
    Freeze Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup
    Water1 cup1
    1tsp Safflower Oil
    1 tbsp Mango Chutney (Sharwoods)

Directions

Steam the chicken and cut into cubes. Fry the curry powder in the oil. Add the chicken and all other ingredients except the cauliflower. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 min. Boil and drain the cauliflower. Mix together and serve.
