    2 egg yolks from boiled eggs
    1/2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
    3 TBS Mayo
    Pepper, salt


Great with pork rinds or pepperoni slices!


Mash egg yolks. Blend in shredded cheese. Add mayonnaise. Mix well, like for deviled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: makes 1 or two servings
