Introduction

Great granola bars with no sugar added. They keep best in the refrigerator. Great granola bars with no sugar added. They keep best in the refrigerator.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups rolled oats
    3/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup flax
    1 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup semi sweets chocolate chips
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp coconut oil
    2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl gently mix oats, honey, flax, almond flour, salt, coconut oil and chocolate chips. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Gently press into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool slightly and then cut.

Serving Size: Makes 20 bars
