A great seasoning for fried, baked or stewed fish - snapper, bream, cod. A great seasoning for fried, baked or stewed fish - snapper, bream, cod.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 tbsp garlic granules
    1/2 coarse grain black pepper
    1/2 paprika
    1/2 celery salt
    1/2 curry powder
    1 tsp sugar, white or brown (must be sugar no subs)


This seasoning can also be used for chicken, fried, baked or barbecued


Mix all the items together and store in a dry container ready for use when needed. This will keep for a long time so can be kept in the cupboard.

When ready to use just sprinkle a tsp or tbsp over your fish depending on how spicy you like your fish, gives fish a great flavour and can be used with other herbs and spices

Serving Size: 1 tablespoon per serving or more if you like your fish really spicy
