Number of Servings: 10


    Pork Tenderloin, 16 oz
    Barbecue Sauce, 1 cup
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Honey, 4 tbsp
    Chopped Onion, 1 cup
    Salt and pepper to taste


Place tenderloin in the bottom of crock pot or roasting pan, add salt and pepper
Combine BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, and onion and pour over pork

Crock pot - Cook on medium heat 90mins
Oven - Cook at 325* 45-60mins or until desired tenderness

Remove from heat and allow to stand 15mins before slicing into 1/2" medallions

Serving Size: 10 1/2" slices
