Ingredients

    1 lb red skin potatoes
    1/4 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp half and half cream
    1 tsp Smart Balance buttery spread
    1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon granules

Directions

Wash and dice potatoes. Add to pan with water and chicken granules. Bring to boil, cook until tender.
Drain potatoes, reserving liquid.
Add remaining ingredients and mash. Add reserved liquid until reaching desired consistency.
