    1 cup almond milk(Original, unsweetened)
    1 Tbsp PB2
    A dash of cinnamon
    1 small banana, broken into chunks
    1 cup Ice
    1/2 cup plain instant oatmeal


If you want it a little sweeter, add some Splenda to keep calories down!


Blend the oats in a blender on high speed until they are the texture of flour. Add almond milk, banana ice, PB2, and cinnamon. Blend until it reaches the consistency of a smoothie. You can add water to make it less thick, or leave out some almond milk to thicken it up.
