    1/2 large Orange
    1 tsp Cornstarch
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    20 Sweetzfree, drops
    3 cups whole Cranberries (1 pack)


Squeeze the half orange, add the lemon juice and Sweetzfree and make up to 1/2 cup with water (include the pulp). Combine cornstarch and juice in a large saucepan, stirring until cornstarch is mixed in.
Stir in cranberries; bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 5 minutes or until cranberry skins begin to pop and mixture begins to thicken. Set aside to cool. Chill at least 3 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 18 servings
