    1 tsp (5 mL) cornstarch
    18 drops Sweetzfree
    2 cups (750 mL) fresh or frozen cranberries
    1/2 large orange
    Lemon juice, 1 tsp
    Water to 1/2 cup


Zest the orange and squeeze it. Collect zest and juice plus pulp and make up to 1/2 cup with water. Combine cornstarch, Sweetzfree and juice in a medium saucepan, stirring until cornstarch is mixed in.
Stir in cranberries; bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 5 minutes or until cranberry skins begin to pop and mixture begins to thicken. Set aside to cool. Chill at least 3 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
