    2 small idaho or russet potatoes, scrubbed
    2 teaspoons vinegar
    1 pinch salt
    freshly ground black pepper


Place oven rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice potatoes no more than 1/8" thick and arrange directly onto oven rack in a single layer; bake until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle lightly with vinegar, salt and pepper.
