    White Bread, 1 cup, crumbs
    Canadian Bacon, 2 slices
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large
    *Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp
    Eggwhites, 1/4 cup
    Bran, 2 tbsp
    Dried thyme leaves, 1/2 tsp
    Dried basil, 1/2 tsp


Chop the mushrooms and bacon. Mix everything together. Wrap tightly in foil and steam for 50 minutes.
