Ingredients

    1 medium zucchini
    1 medium yellow crookneck squash
    2 Tbsp extra light olive oil
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp garlic, grated
    1/4 tsp greek seasoning
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp lime juice

Directions

Mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, greek seasoning & pepepr in a medium bowl.

Cut zucchini & yellow squash into slices & stir in seasoning mix.

Place in a single layer on a medium baking sheet.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese overtop.

Broil for about 10 minutes until crisp but cooked through.
