1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk
1 lb. frozen pre-cooked shrimp
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 TBSP. Curry
1 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Heat coconut milk and spices. Add thawed shrimp. Cook broccoli in microwave and drain. Add to coconut milk and shrimp. Stir. Enjoy.
