Just like shogun, YUM. Just like shogun, YUM.

Ingredients

    1 whole small zuchini, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped large
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp peanut oil
    2 to 3 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

heat oil in skillet over medium high heat, add veggies, stir fry until just tender, add soy sauce, continue to stir fry until some sauce has absorbed. Serve hot.
