Ingredients

    2.5 cups cooked brown rice
    .5 cups frozen peas, thawed
    .5 cup carrots, cooked
    2 tsp peanut oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions

heat oil in skillet, add carrots and stir fry until tender crisp, add rice and peas, stir fry until rice begins to brown, add soy sauce, stir until absorbed, serve hot.
