Ingredients

    1 Mango - peeled and chopped
    4 plum tomatoes - chopped
    1 avocado - peeled, diced
    1/2 medium onion - diced
    1 tsp sugar
    juice of 1 lime
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp fresh cilantro
    1 - chopped jalepeno (if desired)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
