Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 package ground turkey, (about 20oz), 93% lean
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1.25 cups no salt added tomato/pasta sauce
    1.5 cups frozen corn, thawed
    1 bag (16oz) frozen spinach, thawed
    oregano
    basil
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    1 cup low fat cheese

Directions

Cook ground turkey and onion in a skillet over medium/medium high heat.
Meanwhile, thaw the corn & spinach in the microwave.
Once turkey is browned, add the tomato sauce and season with oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder as desired.
Stir well, then add the spinach and corn to the skillet mixture. Season additionally if desired.
Heat through.
Serve with 1/4 cup cheese on the top.
Makes 4 servings (serving size 1.5 cups)
