Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients


    *Busch's Cannelini Beans (drained), 2 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 2.25 cup
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
    Oregano, ground or greek seasoning, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 16 ounces

Directions

Brown chicken on the stove, remove and add to a slow cooker.
Add onions cook until translucent
Add drained beans, onions, garlic, white wine, chicken broth, bay leaf and oregano and cook ingredients on low for 8 hours.
Remove 1 cup of beans mixture and add back to slow cooker, add chopped spinach and cook for another 15 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 chicken breast with beans and spinach
