    *Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 24 oz (remove)
    Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream, 8 tbsp (remove)
    *Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise (formerly reduced fat), 10 tbsp (remove)
    *Delouis white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice-fresh, .5 oz (remove)
    *President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    *celery,chopped, 4 oz (remove)
    *Chopped Walnut, .5 cup (remove)
    Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving (remove) chopped


Poach chicken breasts - season each breast then wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Add to boiling water in large pot then allow to simmer for 20-25 min. Let cool slightly out of water then unwrap and shred. Cool in fridge for 20-30 min. Mix other ingredients together then add chicken. Cool in fridge for at least 30 min. before eating.
