Ingredients


    Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, aprox 3/4 cup, 3 serving(remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup(remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices(remove)
    Onions, raw, .67 cup, chopped(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)
    *Canola Oil, 2.5 tbsp(remove)
    *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 3.5 oz(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    *Kikoman Stir Fry Seasoning Mix-about 3 servings, 3 tbsp(remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves


Tips

Leftover rice actually works better than the warm
Serve with Soy sauce


Directions

Cook rice per package directions
Mix kikoman seasoning with 2 T water
Cook peas and carrots in separate saucepan with some water
In separate pan, saute onions, peppers, mushrooms, and garlic and oil
Remove sauted vegys from pan and cook the scrambled eggs.
Mix everything together and add Kikoman
