Number of Servings: 5


    300g lean ground beef
    1 cup of diced onion
    150 grams of frozen vegetables of your choice
    1tsp canola oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup of 2% milk
    salt and pepper


Sautee onion in canola oil at medium heat. Add the frozen vegetables and allow them to thaw/soften.

Add the ground beef to the pan and brown it, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk to the pan, stir well, and allow mixture to cook down for about 10 minutes. When thickened, serve with rice or potatoes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings or so
